The current site is a residential building featuring three bedrooms, and there are plans to modify it to accommodate a Medical Centre through internal changes. The existing shed and pergola will be removed to make way for designated car parking spaces. Seven sealed and line-marked parking spaces will be situated at the rear of the property, with an additional disabled parking space at the front. Moreover, there is accessibility to further on-street and public parking in the vicinity of the property. The proposed medical center will be equipped with a waiting area, a staff room, three consultant rooms, a reception area, two nurses' rooms, a disabled toilet, a standard toilet, and a storage area.
