The proposal involves the demolition of the existing dwelling and outbuildings to pave the way for the construction of two new units. The envisioned unit development comprises carefully designed living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, additional rooms, parking facilities, and outdoor private open space provisions. Unit 1 is designed with a kitchen, dining, and living area, along with three bedrooms, a rumpus room, and a double garage, all totalling more than 40 square meters of private open space. Similarly, Unit 2 mirrors these features, presenting a layout that includes a kitchen, dining, and living area, three bedrooms, a rumpus room, and a double garage, with private open space exceeding 40 square meters. In adherence to authority standards, the proposal incorporates two new crossovers. A 3-meter wide crossover is designated to provide access to Unit 1, while another 3-meter wide crossover is allocated for access to proposed Unit 2 from Shakespeare Grove. The architectural design and built form of the planned unit development are carefully crafted to pay homage to the characteristics of the surrounding neighbourhood’s dwellings, infusing a contemporary touch. The proposed form and size are harmoniously integrated with the overall aesthetics of the area, creating a cohesive and well-designed residential development.
