STP has been actively engaged in delivering town planning services for a development project encompassing thirteen dwellings, featuring a combination of single and double-storey structures, on a 3230 sqm parcel of land situated in a General Residential zone. Following several revisions and consultations with the Council, we have successfully obtained approval for the thirteen dwellings. The initial design, which included fifteen dwellings, was adjusted to meet Council regulations, ensuring adherence to sustainability principles for responsible development in the area.
