The proposal involves constructing a two-story single dwelling on a 319 sqm land plot. However, there is an existing covenant restricting any modifications to the approved plan associated with subdivision. This means that the design cannot be altered according to the covenant's terms. Despite this limitation, our client has chosen to pursue an entirely new design prepared by Metricon. This new design features two stories, with three bedrooms on the top floor and living, dining, and a study room on the ground floor. Our services encompass the preparation of the submission report and facilitating communication with the council. We aim to navigate the existing covenant constraints and work towards obtaining the necessary approvals for the revised design.
