A planning permit has been requested for the Use and Development of Land for a Childcare Centre, Medical Centre, and the Subdivision of Land into 14 lots within a 1.4-hectare property. The proposal includes the establishment of an 80-child childcare centre and a medical centre with four consultation rooms at the front of the land parcel. Additionally, the plan involves accommodating 12 lots at the rear of the property, accessed through an extended driveway from the rear section of the land.
