There is a single-story brick veneer dwelling in the subject site, and it is proposed to demolish and build a new two-story dwelling with a basement. To accommodate the proposed development, there was a need to remove trees. In return, canopy trees are proposed in the new development plan without compromising the area's environmental values and green nature.
