Due to the challenges posed by the COVID situation, the property owner found it necessary to work from home and converted the carport into a small office. Subsequently, post-COVID, the office space was transformed into a second living area. Additionally, the surrounding area of the dwelling was concreted without obtaining the required permit or consent from the Council. In response to an intervention by Council compliance officers, our team provided valuable assistance to the client by preparing all the necessary drawings and reports. This proactive approach helped the client navigate the critical situation, ultimately ensuring freedom from any hardships associated with the infringement notice.
