The retrospective approval process for an existing restaurant in operation involves our engagement in preparing a comprehensive planning report and facilitating communication with the council to secure the necessary planning permit. The restaurant, accommodating up to 72 patrons and employing a maximum of 5 staff, is situated just opposite the Residential Zone. Given the proximity to the Residential Zone, the council emphasizes the need to ensure minimal amenity impacts from the restaurant's business operations. Consequently, our approach to the project involved meticulous consideration and effective communication with the council, resulting in the successful attainment of the planning permit.
